Website privacy notice
Effective 24 August 2026. This notice covers the public KINETRA website and its account sign-up and sign-in flow. A separate policy will apply to product and app data before service launch.
01Account data
When you create or use an account, AWS Cognito processes your email address, password credential, a unique account identifier and authentication events. Passwords are entered on the Cognito-managed page and are not collected by a KINETRA website form.
02Browser session
After sign-in, the website stores authentication tokens in the browser session only to show the signed-in dashboard. They are removed on sign-out and are not used as evidence that any sensor or analysis service is available.
03Contact and retention
Account access or deletion requests can be sent to junseokpak@kinetra.site. Email or phone enquiries are handled outside this website. Detailed retention and deletion procedures will be updated after the service workflow and applicable legal requirements are reviewed.
04External services
Account authentication is provided by Amazon Web Services through Amazon Cognito in the Seoul Region. Email is routed through the mail service configured for kinetra.site. This website currently contains no third-party advertising or first-party analytics integration.
05Privacy contact
Privacy questions and requests can be sent to junseokpak@kinetra.site.
06Product and app data
The current account flow does not collect sensor sessions, gait-analysis results or footwear-recommendation data. Before a product service collects device or motion data, KINETRA will publish a policy describing the actual categories, purposes, retention periods and processors.
